Delivery and Returns
Please read before ordering!
***We are going away on 13th January for 3 weeks! To receive your order before this date please order by 29TH DEC!! 10 working day turn over still applies up until this date, if you order after this date up to 3 weeks could be added to the waiting time!***
Products are handmade to order and can take up to 10 working days (weekends and bank holidays are not included) to be dispatched, they then will be sent first class via royal mail (This is not a tracked service, if you would like to pay extra to receive tracking, please email us!). This usually would get to you within a day or two but we do not guarantee it! (Overseas can take up to 14 days after being posted to get to you)
We retain proof of postage receipts for every order we send so we are not responsible if your parcel gets lost in the post.
We are based in Bristol, Uk, if you would like to collect an order to save postage costs and time, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we can arrange it!
We do not offer refunds, we can exchange your items for different sizes or for items of the same value! Please contact us within 2 weeks after receiving your order, if you would like an exchange.
We do not offer cancellations of orders as everything is handmade to order.
